Thursday All Grades 8 to 16 years old 6.30pm to 8.00pm
Thursday Teens Squad Training invited players only 8.00pm to 9.00pm
Friday All Grades 5 to 8 years old 6.00pm to 7.00pm
Friday All Grades from 8 to 16 years old 7.00pm to 8.00pm
Friday All Grades from 16 years old 8.00pm to 9.30pm
Sunday All Grades from 16 years old 11.00am to 12.00pm onwards

Visitors Mat Fees  Junior: £4.00 per session   Senior: £6.00 per session

Beginners may claim a free trial.  Judo suits provided.
